Senior Consultant (Strategic Consulting)
Senior Consultant
Location: Denver, CO or virtual
Travel: Up to 50% may be required (post pandemic)
Reporting to: Consulting Director
Do you have a consulting background and enjoy contact center environments? As the Senior Consultant, you will assist Clients in transforming and optimizing their customer’s experience while increasing operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction. You will be involved with the engagement from start to finish. As a trusted adviser to the client, you will deliver best practices, concepts, roadmaps, capability assessments and innovative technologies. You will work on project estimating, Statements of Work (SOWs), and change management initiatives.
As the Senior Consultant, your success is strengthened by your hard work, organization, communication skills and more. You are a project management enthusiast. You are passionate about being the liaison between the business leadership, operational and technical staff, other client entities and vendors. Your analysis skills will drive data driven outcomes and validate hypothesis driven recommendations for Client improvements. You will identify best practices, lessons learned, assets and strategies for future projects. Your ability to produce top quality project presentations and provide performance readouts to Client and senior management teams is critical to this role.
Qualifications for success:
- 4 or more years of consulting / professional services experience
- Contact center optimization and solutions experience
- Project management experience MS Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint to create / customize client presentations and project deliverables
- Outstanding customer relationship skills and delivery capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with business and technology teams
- Bachelor’s degree

Applicants can expect to make between $100,000 to $145,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus up to 10%.
