Job Summary
NetApp’s Worldwide Tech Team Enablement Office is seeking a strong technical Program Manager who will support strategic programs and tactical projects to enable the global solutions engineering team with better tools, go-to-market process, training, and cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
The successful candidate will have program management, process, systems, analytics and project management background with demonstrated experience in supporting a team-based approach and implementing programs across organizations.
The candidate must have demonstrated ability to support the operationalization and execution of program offerings. The candidate must also have proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects. The candidate will work closely with members from Sales, Services, Marketing, Product Operations, and the NetApp Transformation Office.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive efforts to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of the global technical team.
- Develop and support current and planned organizational, process, system, and tool enhancements related to technical team enablement and execution.
- Develop and provide communication and training (about programs) to solutions engineering and functional stakeholder teams.
- Define and develop metrics that can be used to track performance of efforts/programs and conduct analysis to help identify areas for opportunities and improvement
- Execute on projects and initiatives related to technical team enablement and support

- Proactive in nature and have the strong capacity to work independently

- Solid understanding of Sales, Finance, Product Management and IT processes and objectives, as related to sales and tool enablement

- Must be analytical, with sound decision-making skills
- Ability to design and implement processes where needed
- Proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written, as well as, strong interpersonal skills
- Good mastery of Excel, proficient in Word and PowerPoint
Education
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an individual contributor
- BS required
- Experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Deal Management
