SendGrid is looking for a talented Program Manager to lead project management for the Revenue Operations team.

This position is responsible for driving process improvements and system enhancement within the quote-to-cash cycle. In this role, you will partner with others on the team and across departments to diagnose problems, develop business requirements and manage projects. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including project management, business analysis, and planning. This person will also act as a flexible resource and provide coverage for their fellow team members in a variety of different Revenue Operations activities.

The Revenue Operations team supports Professional Services, Customer Service and Sales, and our success is measured by our ability to enable the organization operate efficiently and translate strategy into tactics. We are also responsible for coordinating across functions to build and support processes that enable SendGrid to scale to meet our long-range growth plans.

What You'll Do 

  • Project management, business process analysis, planning, and prioritization
  • Assist in developing new systems and processes and user acceptance testing
  • Document business processes, controls, procedures and policies
  • Act as a variable resource for the team, providing coverage as needed, for Sales & CS support, system administration, as well as compensation and deal pursuit related activities
  • Organize meetings, manage risk mitigation and change control processes
  • Facilitate cross-team/cross-departmental coordination to help ensure the team is working in a collaborative environment
  • Maintain project tracking systems and provide timely status reports
  • Introduce tactics to remove impediments blocking the team’s ability to meet objectives

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years in an operations or back office role, project and/or program management
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects using an iterative approach
  • Demonstrated ability to develop actionable plans to improve efficiency of business processes through technology and process improvement
  • Experience with CRM and quote to cash processes a plus
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
