ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for executing operational priorities for the continued success of the Inboxlab brands. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will focus on leading the execution of operations, along with providing support for strategic business priorities. You must be intellectually curious, good at constructive problem solving and focused on improving operational efficiency.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Prioritize and assign tasks to all team members

  • Manage existing tasks for team members within our project management platform

  • Improve communication across the organization to break down silos

  • Develop enhanced processes and workflows for management of tasks

  • Create and manage documentation between systems and teams

  • Maintain records to ensure processes are transparent and transferrable

  • Assist management in defining project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Run meetings for brand and product launches to ensure proper communication across channels

  • Ensure all team members understand the project goals, desired outcomes and their role in achieving those outcomes

  • Manage requests and escalate as required to senior management

  • Conduct project post mortems and create recommendation reports

  • Create queries and develop dashboards providing the needed insight into our operational performance

  • Use statistical analysis to understand trends and provide recommendations for changes based on these insights


 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 4+ years of experience in operational roles

  • 2+ years of experience with project management platforms, including Asana

  • Exceptional analytical skills and a passion for data

  • Exceptional project management skills

  • Experience working with designers in developers in a product management role

  • Ability to plan and complete multi-stage projects

  • Strong analytical, particularly quantitative skills

  • Ability to explain analytical methodologies simply and thoroughly

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to constructively problem solve

  • Extreme attention to detail with a strong focus on Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team

  • Strong time management and estimation experience (i.e. ability to give an accurate timeline and work with team members to ensure timely execution)

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

  • Ability to determine priorities based on time, complexity, and availability

  • A desire to learn new technologies, languages, and frameworks
