Role Purpose

The Project Manager, PMO role is responsible for ensuring the overall health of projects and workflows for our digital marketing and creative teams. The project manager works diligently to ensure projects are accurately captured in a centralized project management system and that the right team members are appropriately contributing to the success of each initiative. They are also responsible for ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met and proactively communicating as changes arise.

Responsibilities

Oversee the project management system and resource utilization for the end to end workflow, inclusive of the following activities:

Process analysis

Analyzing and managing schedules

Mapping dependencies

Balancing resources

System enhancements (auditing, template design, notifications, etc.)

Leverage data to identify process improvement opportunities, plan resource roadmaps, track production and content resource utilization and align budgets

Create, refine and optimize dashboards and reporting from our project management tool (current: Wrike)

Schedule resources to optimize utilization of production resources in line with team and company objectives

Basic Qualifications
● 3+ years experience in process/project management and workforce/resource planning
Eligibility Requirements

● Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

● Experience in digital marketing and creative, including workflows and processes, review cycles and software/programs
● Experience working in an enterprise resource planning system
● Strong communication skills
● Ability to work under pressure and with many styles of executives, communicators, program managers and subject matter experts, both at the corporate and business levels
● Strong analytical skills
● Ability to use data to formulate and test hypothesis
● History of innovative, strategic thinking and planning skills
● SMP certified or PMP certified preferred

We're on the second floor of the Denver Place North Tower building, conveniently located in downtown Denver's Central Business District.
