We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team to lead our E-commerce Systems Project, and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.

What you get to do:

  • Manage overall project timeline, deliverables, communication, and coordination of activities to execute the project plan 
  • Facilitate identification and support detailed documentation of requirements across various cross-functional stakeholders for each workstream of the project
  • Own the grooming of requirements to ensure clarity of impact, expected outcome, acceptance criteria, and user testing 
  • Lead cross-functional project team through problem solving, prioritization of resource investments, trade-off decisions, and ensure consistent alignment of expectations
  • Solve issues by utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills and working with other team members.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks 
  • Proactively identify and coordinate cross workstream dependencies, and manage workstream plans to ensure timely delivery against plan
  • Support workstream leads with prioritization, representing the perspective of the entire project as a whole
  • Support engineering delivery leads with data gathering to inform level of effort estimates
  • Create functional and technical process maps to facilitate internal and external comprehension of how Marketplace e-commerce works
  • Ensure training requirements are identified, planned, and delivered where necessary
  • Effectively communicate with other individuals or groups both written and verbally.
  • Learn new technologies and other skills with limited assistance or no assistance as available.
  • Present updates and deliverables in front of Executive Leadership
  • Success is measured by on-time, high quality delivery of the following workstreams: Upsuite, Fulfillment Service, Order Management System, and Reporting Service

What you will contribute: 

The Project Manager will be responsible for the success of the E-commerce Systems Project which includes cross-functional readiness and execution to meet and exceed the project plan. The E-commerce Systems Project focuses on driving increased quality and scalability of our e-commerce platform, while also creating operational cost efficiencies. This will be the first project within the scope of this role; however, the expectation is that the Project Manager will move on to lead future projects within the company thereafter.

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead daily operational activities such as facilitation, problem solving, developing project and operational plans, communications, and recommending/developing processes and procedures.
  • Exceptional organization, detail orientation, and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to ensure on-time completion of task deliverables and activities.
  • Ability to own and drive a complex project with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Strong end-user orientation and presence in front of senior management
  • Proficiency with process mapping and improvement
  • Ability to bring together cross-functional teams to execute collaboratively
  • Willingness to act in ambiguity 
  • Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and take initiative
  • 5+ years of consulting experience preferred
  • Previous ERP implementation or migration
  • Accounting/Finance/Supply Chain functional experience preferred
  • Familiarity with e-commerce software and operations preferred
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred

Salary Range: $100,000 to $115,000
