Envysion, a leading provider of video based SaaS technology solutions for retailers, fast casual restaurants and wireless dealers, is seeking an accomplished Project Management Office (PMO) Team Lead. The position will lead the development from a primary focus primarily on hardware installations at customer sites to driving the delivery of complete customer solutions, including hardware fulfillment by distributors, hardware installations by 3rd party integrators, internally managed video software deployment and integration, point of sale integrations, video-linked business intelligence reports, and audit services. Projects managed by the PMO are both internal and customer facing. Project managers are key account relationship owners during the deployment phase of the customer life cycle. The PMO is ultimately responsible for predictably delivering high quality SaaS solutions to our customers in alignment with customer schedules and Envysion financial targets.

Currently, the PMO team consists of four Solution Delivery Project Managers.

Core Functions

  • Develop, implement and manage appropriate and standardized project management processes, tools and communication/reporting venues and reports for the PMO’s internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure team members have the needed skills and capabilities required to effectively meet PMO expectations - develop or hire to fill gaps
  • Ensure staffing levels are aligned with the customer demand and the company’s financial targets
  • Provide regular and detailed financial forecasts to the business based on the aggregation of project deliverables for non-recurring deliverables and subscription services
  • Implement project cost accounting methods to monitor actual costs vs. quoted costs and work with sales to ensure our quotes cover our costs
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to the customer account teams (account executive and sales engineers) on the effectiveness of meeting their deliverables for 1) highly accurate and complete customer requirements, and 2) setting proper expectations with customer IT for their support during solution
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to the Envysion’s Partner Management on partner installation effectiveness, process compliance and contract deliverables in support of continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to internal software development and product teams in support of continuous solution and process improvements
  • In conjunction with the customer, lead an effective and formal transition of account relationship ownership to the Customer Success Team at project conclusion

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • PMP certified
  • 10 years experience with a minimum of three years leading project managers and processes

  • Quick Service Restaurants, Convenience Stores
  • POS systems
  • Camera/ Video systems
  • PC hardware and software
  • IT networking
