We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our vibrant and growing organization.
 

Description Summary:

Due to quick-paced growth, we’re looking to fill a newly created Project Coordinator role. In this role, you will report to the Program Manager, M&A Integration to assist in organizing, overseeing, and completing strategic business initiatives. As a Project Coordinator you must be a highly organized, detail oriented individual. You’ll be able to use your proven skills to effect change in this high profile role. 

What do you get to do:

  • Assist Program Manager with various projects focused on M&A integration, operational efficiency, and business strategy
  • Liaise with management and stakeholders to scope, design, and deliver solutions that support business goals
  • Develop an understanding of how the company operates - who does what and how - and provide solutions on how to effectively and efficiently achieve business initiatives
  • Manage project development, tracking, and execution from beginning to end
  • Communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Identify and resolve, or otherwise escalate, issues and risks to ensure delivery success 
  • Build, develop, and grow strong, functional relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Create and circulate project status reports to management
  • Develop best practices and tools for program execution and management
  • Actively participate in the practice of creating, improving and evolving processes and tools

What you bring to Uplight:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 - 3 years of project management experience in management consulting, operations, technology, finance or similar fields
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to deliver messages clearly and succinctly to all levels of management
  • Proven experience creating, maintaining, and tracking multiple project plans simultaneously, in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Project Plan, Smartsheets, Asana, or other equivalent project management tools
  • Experience presenting results and ideas to all levels of leadership
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Our Boulder office has plenty of nearby restaurants, bars and hotels for our visiting employees, as well as in office employees to enjoy. We have on-site parking, and when you enjoy a walk near the office - you can take in the views of the Beautiful Boulder FlatIron Mountains nearby - Enjoy!
