What you will be doing:
Coordinating multiple projects, identifying and managing dependencies while at the same time managing scope, risk, and communications.
Facilitating cross-functional quarterly planning exercises.
Helping refine and prioritize future objectives that support JumpCloud Mission, Vision, and Strategy and then break those down into measurable components.
Tracking and reporting on progress and escalating issues that threaten success.
Leading retrospective meetings to learn from our efforts.
Creating repeatable, scalable frameworks for best-in-class cross-functional execution.
What we are looking for:
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Strong ability to lead and influence positive outcomes.
Someone who understands the difference between saying “no” and “later” and can effectively do both.
A track record of successfully coordinating multiple cross-departmental efforts that achieved meaningful business outcomes.
The ability to manage scope, risk, and uncertainty.
Strong negotiation skills.
Experience with techniques to align strategy and execution (e.g. Hoshin Kanri planning).
Sufficient knowledge of regulatory frameworks and controls that can help identify risks and issues and serve as liaison to other groups.
Someone who thrives in the pace and culture of a fast moving and rapidly growing SaaS business.
