The Product Delivery Program Management team works across multiple engineering teams and support teams to deliver large programs on time, with quality. We are responsible for creating plans, monitoring progress, mitigating risk, and status reporting to leadership. Role of the Coordinator:

The PDPM Coordinator will work directly with a Program Manager and with many different teams in the US and Europe as well as leadership to improve the quality of data that is used to report program progress and generate reports which will help show the health of the program and provide data to help leadership make better-informed decisions.

Primary Project: Alteryx Enterprise Platform (AEP)

Description: Work with teams to improve the data we use to reflect status and measure progress, and come up with additional reports that will visually show program status. We’re looking for fun, self-starting, hardworking, organized and creative people who have a passion for getting work done.

Deliverables:  A new report showing how many Features followed the Portfolio Management process, and a more efficient way of tracking the same. Improvement of Rally quality for AEP Dev teams leading to better metrics for tracking our burn-up charts. Identify ways to reduce the time it takes to produce the weekly Program Status report.
