Product Operations Manager

What we're looking for:
The Product Operation Manager is a cross functional team communicator and collaborator who shapes product solutions. This role is relentlessly focused on providing the best experience for the many clients using TILT’s Software and Services products, partnering with both Product and Support teams to enhance the product experience, and increase internal team efficiency by driving training content and tools improvements. Ideal candidates will be excellent communicators who are driven by the search for detailed solutions and are critical analyzers.
What you'll do:
Work with Product, Support, Marketing, and Software teams to influence and shape the product strategy and roadmap, drive change for key issues, and prioritize product change requests based on issue volume, clients impacted, revenue impact, and other relevant metrics
Aggregate and analyze client issues using internal tools, client surveys, and queries of all available data sources to gather user insights
Gather key client insights and feedback for the Product team to influence the roadmap and prioritization of potential product changes.
Maintain effective communication between the product team and other teams across the division (Software, Support, Sales)
