The Pilot & Release Manager leads early adopter clients through the beta and pilot testing process for new products and solutions, leads operational readiness activities, and manages release operations. 
 
What you will do:

  • Develops and oversees implementation methodologies that progress products and solutions to production / operational status
  • Develops client facing documentation for new products and solutions in partnership with Education Specialists
  • Trains support resources on finalized products and solutions
  • Partners with Product Development/Management on early adopter client implementations
  • Assists with documentation of onboarding process for beta clients
  • Interacts with clients and product development to facilitate testing, solve problems, identify fixes, and address outstanding action items
  • Leads routine conference calls with beta clients to review testing plan, results, and action items
  • Ensures customer feedback is shared with product development
  • Documents final onboarding documentation for General Availability (GA) rollout
  • Communicates the General Availability (GA) rollout requirements to fully operationalize product/solution
  • Completes ROI analysis of partnership with client
  • Identifies and communicates cross-product / solution integration and development opportunities

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in product implementations
  • Ability to motivate and hold teams accountable in a matrix environment
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and across the organization
  • Ability to communicate detailed product and service plans to clients
  • Ability to educate, influence, and coach client and company employees on company products, services, and processes
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to respond calmly, quickly, and decisively to unpredictable or unexpected events and changes
