As part of the RingCentral Marketing team, you will help plan, coordinate, implement and oversee the ways we share RingCentral’s message with the world. You’ll use data, technology and creativity to target, communicate, measure and adjust with precision— and share the story of a new, re-imagined age of business communication with the audiences who want to hear it most.
The Partner Programs Manager will own and manage the marketing relationships with the master agents and utilizing their sales and management skills, will drive sales enablement activities and foster harmonious relationships with master agent stakeholders. Internally, you will work with marketers, account managers, Partner Support Managers and cross-functional teams to identify marketing goals, craft campaigns and content to support them. Externally, you will help build awareness for RingCentral in the master agent communities, develop relationships for co-marketing opportunities and promote success stories of companies doing great things with RingCentral.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, negotiate and implement marketing plans with top Master Partners that incorporate all touch points of marketing.
Manage assigned master accounts through first-rate knowledge of channel marketing trends, product positioning, market opportunities, and relationships.
Act as the project manager for material coordination by interfacing with participating vendor stakeholders at the master agent level.
Develop material tracking tools for effective program management and reporting.
Interface with assigned partners and their executives by providing marketing direction pertaining to assigned accounts marketing plans.
Negotiate marketing contracts to optimize value and ROI.
Forecast and manage quarterly budget related to all master agent marketing activity spend.
Manage the planning and development of master agent events, including agenda development, event flow, pre-event marketing, on-site participation, speaker and presenter participation and collateral.
Provide internal programmatic marketing support by understanding partner objectives and recommending an appropriate mix of marketing programs.
Execute vendor participation in marketing programs.
Write content for different audiences through master agent communications.
Work with creative team to develop assets to support marketing and sales goals, customizing for individual vendors’ needs and values.
Provide internal awareness and communications related to master agent events, activities and campaigns
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience preferably in the high-tech technology related environment.
Experience creating and analyzing marketing campaigns and performance reports is required.
Experience working cross-functionally to execute projects is required.
A basic understanding of the master agent partner channel is required.
Experience developing and implementing channel marketing programs is preferred.
Knowledge of general computer applications (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel).
Ability to develop business marketing and sales plans.
Ability to forecast and plan to specific budget amounts with quarterly reconciliation of all expenditures.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate with executive level associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional manner.
Ability to practice discretion and understand appropriateness of communication and behavior.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop and execute presentations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and quickly.
Ability to implement recommendations and see projects through to completion.
Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
Must be detail-oriented, organized and have strong time management skills.
