As an IT Program Manager on the Infrastructure Service Delivery team, you will drive critical infrastructure initiatives in partnership with stakeholders across organizations. You see initiatives through from inception to the hands of the customer ensuring effective communication and timely, high-quality delivery.
In this position you would:
- Drive all aspects of program management (planning incorporating dependencies, key milestones and deliverables, data gathering, analysis, communication, risk management and mitigation, status tracking and reporting, implementation, monitoring, execution, and delivery of the initiative/program.
- Influence and collaborate across organizations and more to effectively build commitment with execution teams, negotiate competing requirements, ensure alignment and program progress, and improve processes.
- Communicate program plans and risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Partner with leadership to identify and solve cross-functional challenges.
- The person in this position must have excellent customer service skills and be able to build trust with the client/partner. This ability is imperative to the success of the projects.
What we're looking for:
- Responsible for end-to-end planning and implementation of multiple infrastructure projects including schedule development, resource allocation planning, status reporting, risk management and mitigation, and communications planning.
- Manage project and program scope, financials, issues, risks, decisions, schedule, change control and maintain detailed records.
- Perform analysis that reflects planned vs. actual for all aspects of project/program.
- Perform project closing activities including financial close out and operational transition planning and execution
- Coordinate work teams consisting of internal/vendor blended teams globally.
- Drive clear, concise and actionable meetings that bring the right partners to the table and drive decision-making
- Proven leader and trusted advisor championing project needs to deliver predictable and repeatable project results
- Balance the art and science of project management to scale and leverage techniques and processes efficiently.
Position Requirement & competencies:
- 10+ years of IT Infrastructure experience and proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently with successful project delivery results
- Experience managing large infrastructure projects including IT-for-IT projects and business projects with infrastructure needs to include: data center builds/migrations, manufacturing plant builds and line expansions, new office build, infrastructure hardware/OS refresh (network/server/storage), business technology deployment.
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in a related field
- Project management certification (PMI, PMP)
Compensation & Benefits
- Hiring Salary Range: $ 98,500 - 135,000 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
- Other Compensation: This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
