As the newest member of our administrative and facilities team, you are the keeper of our inventory and event logistics. Working closely with our Office Manager, you will get all required pieces of the puzzle to our 45 annual trade shows, meetings and corporate events. Your inventory management experience, coupled with your talent for organization and project coordination, is the secret to your success. How you’ll spend your days:
- Managing and coordinating all logistics and inventory related external, partner and internal events
- Creating, implementing and operating an inventory tracking system to optimize control of over 100 SKUs
- Forecasting and adjusting inventory based on an ever-changing events calendar and executing on prepared contingency plans, if needed
- Maintaining accurate documentation for all receiving and shipping of goods – packing slips, commercial invoices, BOL, SLI
- Communicating shipping details to onsite event coordinators, anticipating any obstacles and navigating around them before it becomes an issue
- Continuously seeking to understand the needs of the company in order to streamline inventory processes for maximum efficiency
- Helping to keep the Office Administration team on task with project coordination, identifying and resolving current blockers and helping to maintain recurring activities checklists
What you’ll bring to the team:
- At least 2 years in Inventory Management and Project Coordination
- Ability to manage the logistics, coordinate supplies and materials to ensure accurate and timely delivery of large quantities of goods – you have an eye for ALL the details
- Decisive decision maker with the ability to act quickly and often without complete information
- Ability to remain calm under pressure – “stay calm and carry on” is your mantra
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where working together and pitching in is essential
- Physically capable of lifting 40 lbs, climbing stairs regularly throughout the day and getting your 10k steps in traveling around the campus
- A current Colorado driver’s license with a respectable record
