Implementation Project Manager
Brandfolder is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join our fast-paced Customer Experience team. Your primary role will be to manage the implementation and deployment for our mid-market and enterprise accounts. You’ll have the ability to immediately impact decision-making in a high-growth company. We’re looking for someone who asks the right questions, challenges the status quo, and makes us a better, smarter company. Is that you? Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Evaluate customer needs to develop configurations that support their business processes
- Define and execute on onboarding and implementation plans
- Test and troubleshoot final system setups
- Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
- Manage client expectations aggressively, anticipating possible issues and working to resolve them in the most efficient manner
- Help customers meet deadlines and objectives
- Relay feedback and escalating issues within internal teams
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product
- Travel occasionally required to customer site
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 1-3 years experience in a software implementation or project management role for both mid-market and enterprise accounts
- A track record of defining project scope, driving implementation, and delivering quality results
- Experience in customer facing roles and passion for working directly with customers to deliver the best possible outcomes
- Ability to balance multiple stakeholders within our customers organizations
- The drive to own high-impact projects from day one
