Foster relationships with clients to grow engagement
Build long-term clients for the Conga product portfolio
Present solutions and best practices to client teams
Implement multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Work efficiently with an internal team to communicate project requirements for development and project status to management
Assist on technical engagements with up to 20% travel
Review and analyze business systems, models and requirements
Formulate and implement Conga Solutions that parallel and complement business processes, requirements, and models
Previous experience in software product implementation with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and customers simultaneously
Previous experience with Salesforce as a user, admin or developer, with an understanding of declarative customizations
Salesforce Admin Certification and other certifications are a plus
Knowledge of coding concepts and Conga products are a plus
Complex troubleshooting expertise with an understanding of database concepts
