Zoom Video Communications is hiring an eCommerce Program Specialist to assist with eCommerce solutions for zoom.us, including all stages of the purchasing and upgrade funnels, as well as testing and personalization campaigns. We’re looking for a resourceful team member with a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the eCommerce Manager and the broader marketing, legal, engineering, product and leadership teams to create user-friendly flows that drive company growth. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business requirements, communicating changes, answering questions and troubleshooting purchasing issues with internal stakeholders

  • Managing an internal chat of over 400+ customer-facing representatives and to gather feedback and prioritize top issues affecting the purchase flows

  • Develops and maintains internal and external facing go-to-market and release documentation

  • Works closely with enablement managers to ensure internal teams are trained on eCommerce launches

  • Assists in developing and analyzing customer-facing surveys on their purchasing experience

  • Can communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Assisting with user messaging experience, from notifications to upsell and error copy. 

  • Assist with numerous campaigns and initiatives that drive revenue and company growth

  • Help to brainstorm and design creative optimization campaigns and personalized web experiences for eCommerce

  • Understand new product offerings and business priorities, then contribute creative solutions to test and optimize for leads and revenue

  • Experience in eCommerce and best practices, willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new trends

 

Requirements

⁃ Four year related degree and 1-3+ years project coordination experience

- Experience troubleshooting and triaging production bugs

⁃ Expert at championing the customer experience in an eCommerce realm and working as a liaison between customer facing teams, business stakeholders and engineering

- Project and/or program management experience, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a given quarter

⁃ Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

⁃ Detail-oriented and passionate about disseminating information at scale in an easily digestible format

- Collaborative, organized, multi-tasker who is receptive to feedback and compromise

⁃ Strong conceptual, problem solving and time-management skills; a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of solutions

⁃ Experience in high tech, SaaS, agile is a plus
