Simple Energy is a Boulder, CO-based venture-backed SaaS and eCommerce company who works with electric and gas utilities to help motivate and enable customers to save energy via behavioral software and instant-rebate eCommerce. The eCommerce Associate will work within the eCommerce squad to assist with all facets of our eCommerce platform. We are looking for a hands on, analytical, and well-rounded candidate that isn’t afraid to dive into new tasks involving website updates, maintenance, and enhancements. This role requires a person with a great sense of urgency that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize projects, tasks, and responsibilities accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Front-end site management including:
• Creating and maintaining marketplace site collections
• Site QA
• Building webpages for new marketplaces and product launches
• Implementing site enhancements and updates pertaining to product detail, pricing, and content.
• Participate in site sale operations projects
• Assist with client invoice preparation
• Manage product rebates
• Actively communicate updates to relevant internal stakeholders
• Suggest process and efficiency improvements

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Problem solver; is resourceful by actively seeking resolutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• One year relevant experience required
• Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and NetSuite experience a plus
