Director, Customer Implementations

POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Customer Implementations will be part of the Revenue organization. Operating as player and coach you will be responsible for a growing team of Implementation Managers, as well as your own key strategic customer projects. You will be responsible for managing the entire client implementation experience from the project kick off through to go-live and successful transition to the Customer Success Team. The successful candidate will possess leadership qualities, excellent and clear communication skills, build strong relationships with our new customers and across the company. Additionally, the Director will drive both technical and client on-boarding process improvement, contribute to company’s revenue goals via efficient on-boarding, and will set and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the Revenue organization, the Director of Customer Implementations will perform:
Manage the Implementation Team to drive customers proactively to successful product go-live
Identify and implement process improvements that shorten the implementation timeframe, evaluating both technical and client methods.
Manage revenue implications in a fluid environment and updating the CRO on project go-live schedule
Strong and clear written and verbal communication, document objectively
Proactively manage internal and external KPIs to ensure success, including Time to Revenue
Post production go-live, manage the hand-off to Customer Success team post implementation go-live
Recruit, hire and train new Implementation Team project managers
Manage key implementations directly
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of successful team management experience, managing medium-sized projects, across multiple functions
A Leader with the associated skill set
Experience of implementing a technical product within large enterprises
Excellent customer communication skills and the ability to build working rapport with a wide range of clients
Proactive approach to solving problems, ability to lead technical implementation projects from kick-off to go-live
Able to build strong partnering relationships, influence, tailor communication, set expectations and act assertively (when necessary) without alienating team members
Basic knowledge of Revenue implications to successful and timely implementation
Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
Proficiency in Project Management tools, Jira Suite, Confluence
Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills
COMPENSATION
A compensation package composed of a base salary and equity component will be structured to attract a uniquely qualified candidate. Excellent health benefits are included.
