Job Summary

The WW Renewal Simplicity Program/Project manager is responsible for driving the execution of Renewal transformation initiatives.  The individual will work closely with Cross Functional team to simplify the Renewal Analytics & Dashboards in the execution of Renewal Simplicity Programs.  The initiatives are aimed to simplify the Renewal Sales Motion, Analytics and KPIs, and new Support Offering enablement with Sales and Partners to improve the NetApp Retention Rate (measured by Annual Contract Value).

Data Analysis:

  • Responsible for understanding and managing the “360 view of renewals”. Run projects/programs to improve the reporting capability of “360 view of renewals” to key stakeholders (Field team, Sales ops, etc.)
  • Build and manage new renewals business metrics such as Annual Contract Value (ACV), Retention Rate (%) calculation, etc. to measure health of renewals business
  • Understand and translate new metrics requirements into reports and dashboards
  • Provide information and analysis essential for data quality improvements, AOP planning and strategy development. Aggregate and organize information from multiple data sources to aid in analysis
  • Manage analytical projects to deliver intelligence and data discovery capabilities
  • Develop structured presentations to present key messages with key findings from analysis to senior management.

Job Requirements

Data Management:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to continuously enrich “360 view of renewals”
  • Eliminate redundancy in the renewals data source and make 360 view of renewals as a “single source of truth” for all key stakeholders managing renewals business (Field Rep, ISSR, Sales ops, Renewal Reps and partners)
  • Engage with business unit owners/key stakeholders to identify key causes behind data trends/irregularities and provide resolution
  • Provide support for projects as required, including participating in system enhancements
  • Respond to field issue escalations related to 360 view of renewals and facilitate cross team resolution (if needed)
  • Analyze and review existing data to ensure maximum quality

 

Additional:

    • Strong passion to work with large and complex data
    • Proven ability to analyze data and derive conclusions based on facts
    • Be a “change agent” – High desire to drive change
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert to meet aggressive goals and short timeframes
    • Ability to independently draft and present problem statement (hypothesis), resolution /recommendations and deliverables
    • Attention to detail, follow through, and multi-tasking
    • Experience in project and program management of cross-functional initiatives is a plus
    • Experience in building tableau reports/dashboards is a plus
    • Familiarity with Sales Systems, Order Fulfillment, Data Analytics as plus.

    Education

    Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent combination of related education/training/certifications and applicable work experience.

    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects and tasks.
