Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a customer success manager to be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to provide information to the internal team regarding customer needs. This position requires someone with strong customer service experience, a strong belief in teamwork and interpersonal skills that are off the charts.
- 3-5 years of customer success/account management experience
- Experience in a software or IT company preferred
- Stellar communication skills and ability to speak with everyone from clients to developers to C-Suite
- Knack for building up a team, motivating others, and working cross-functionally
- Ability to plan, organize, and function effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage expectations, gracefully use tact, and provide exceptional customer service
