Job brief

We are looking for a client engagement manager to create strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our U.S. based clients. The client engagement manager will oversee several clients throughout the U.S., ensuring high quality solution implementation as well as identifying upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will be communicative, proactive and passionate with experience in account or project management in a fast-paced organization and knowledge of health care or technology.

As such, the ideal candidate will connect with our mission and excel in a quickly changing environment.  Our ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in account management or management consulting.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned U.S. based clients
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution based on customer needs
  • Identify upsell opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Prepare reports on project performance
  • Clearly and regularly communicate progress internally and externally
  • Analyze business data and forecast and track key account metrics
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor usage and needs
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Act as a client advocate to ensure solutions are client centered

 

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, responsiveness and maturity
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as listening and negation skills
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize across multiple accounts  
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Over 3 years of experience as account manager, project manager or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as business, health or computer science
  • Collaborative and adaptable yet able to work independently and with integrity
  • Ability to work out of Denver office
