As part of the Business Operations Team of Reserve Trust you’ll play a critical role in structuring, managing, and delivering the mission-critical change projects not only in your department but also across the organization. In this role, you should be an inspiring leader who can understand and engage with the strategic goals of the firm, but also be willing to dive into helping owners organize, manage, and successfully implement change. You should be well organized, decisive, comfortable running multiple streams of work, and have the project experience to know what a well-balanced project timeline looks like. This role reports to the Director of Business Operations and will partner and collaborate with project owners across the organization to deliver some of the most exciting, challenging and impactful work in the company.


What You’ll Do:

 

* Define and promulgate standards for change management across the organization, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights

* Supporting an executive Change Governance team, identify, size, and structure change efforts across the organization

* Ensure that project basics, such as scope, timing, cost, dependencies, success criteria, and project plans are developed by project owners, are approved prior to change kicking off, and remain updated through the life of the project

* Plan, coordinate, and monitor medium- to large-size scope and budget projects

* Help project owners execute on their change efforts predictably and consistently, including facilitating issue identification and escalation

* Scale project-related resources as required through a combination of full-time and contingent capacity, as required by the change portfolio

* Keep all stakeholders (internal & external) informed of the state of relevant projects, aligned on expected outcomes, impediments to progress, and informed about what is occurring throughout project lifecycle.

* Operate the Change Governance team as the key venue for leadership to make effective, informed, and timely decisions

* As required, partner with project owners to manage third party relationships involved in the overall implementation project

 

Basic Qualifications:

* Preferred minimum of 10 years’ experience managing change projects in regulated financial services, such as banks, credit unions, or other payment providers

* Experience in selection, implementation, and rollout of project methodologies highly desirable

* Experience with change portfolio-level operations and governance highly desirable

* Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience

* Preferred Certifications: While the specific certification is less important, demonstrable experience with a change-related discipline (such as Agile, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is desirable

* Experience in driving medium to large size projects within an organization

* Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes and methodologies, end-to-end through multiple project lifecycles

* Ability to work under moderate supervision with oversight provided by the Director of Business Operations

* Ability to directly engage at and communicate with all levels across the organization

* Ability to see the big picture and engage at the firm-wide level, while also being comfortable rolling up sleeves and getting into tactical project management where needed

* Comfort with a relatively unstructured startup environment, and within that context, being the voice of reason to bring order to the noise

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $80,000 – 100,000. Reserve Trust intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
