talentReef’s Agile Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing new and existing technology projects. You will be responsible for the delivery of these projects and will work directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality are being met, while providing accurate reporting.

 Project Manager Job functions 

• You’ll maintain frequent communication with team members, product owners and management teams 
• You’ll track progress and work to create timelines for project completion that can be communicated to the management team and to clients 
• You will be managing key milestone, tracking and evaluating timeline risks
• You will be highlighting/tracking cross team dependencies 
• You’ll be working in an Agile Scrum or Kanban environment 
• You’ll be communicating directly with product and management teams

 Required skills 

• 10yrs+ of project management; well-seasoned project management experience (agile, complex projects and communication to all levels such as executive, product and technology)
• Scrum Master Certification or similar training
• Excellent oral and written communicate skills; solid group presentation skills 
• Proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate to SVP of Engineering and SVP of Product
• Extremely detail-oriented 
• Passion for empowering development teams 
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail 
• Positive attitude
