Position Summary

SRS Acquiom is currently seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Operations team. This individual will have responsibility for processing new account opening documents across multiple channels for the full spectrum of SRS Acquiom products. This role will process the account opening and maintenance, incoming mail processes, document retention, and complete data entry surrounding payments. 

Strong project management, detail oriented, and excellent communications skills will be essential in this role, as interaction with the business, operations and service vendors will be on-going. This person should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and should have the ability to work both as a teammate within the operations group and with a high level of autonomy on individual projects. This position will be based in Denver, CO. 

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Process the account opening procedure for shareholders, including Letters of Transmittal, mail, and communication for deficient account packets
  • Receive incoming documents and route them appropriately
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience, exceed SLAs and improve efficiency
  • Meet unique requirements based on individual fulfillment requests from clients and track items as needed
  • Maintain and support a flexible schedule based on the speed of the deal and the needs of the client, this may include evening or weekend hours where needed
  • Complete data entry for account openings within required SLA
  • Implement procedures to meet SLA for document retention

Required Qualifications 

  • 2-5 years of related business experience in operations or production services, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Availability to work in a non-traditional work-week
