Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Program Manager who will support the App Development & Experience (ADX) team. This candidate will help to drive various application initiatives forward, think strategically, and continually strive to optimize the agent experience. A successful candidate will be able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders while defining the long-term strategy for specialty application functions. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment.
Specifically, this Program Manager will collect and analyze functions for different applications utilized by specialty teams in CXO (e.g. Advanced Tech). By understanding the core functions for various specialty applications, the candidate will be able to strategize how to implement specific use-case functionality into the core suite of applications being used by front-line CXO.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specialty application needs
  • Strategize specialty skills application needs and drive to align these needs in centralized applications
  • Partner with stakeholders and IT to prioritize the development of functionality in applications
  • Analyze data and use cases of functionality within specialty applications
  • Create centralized documentation that tells an effective story of what functionality should be prioritized for development within a certain application
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of organizational staff; Competencies include excellent presentation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Strong decision-making ability based upon a mixture of analysis, experience, and sound judgment
  • Create roadmaps and initiatives to share with stakeholders and IT that drive performance enhancements to applications


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or 4 years of project management experience; Equivalent combination of education and experience is satisfactory

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
