Most of all, you are maniacally customer-focused and enjoy bringing features to market that make life better for 1,000s of small businesses that use Commerce Sync to automate their bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product to break down high-level business requirements and user stories into detailed requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of third-party payment and accounting platform APIs and create technical specifications for Engineering.
• Work with Engineering to own delivery of world-class solutions to our customers.
• Work with Customer Experience to identify customer needs / issues and turn them into product enhancements for prioritization.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience at a technology or financial services company
• 4-year college degree or equivalent
• Technically adept with quantitative reasoning skills
• Equally adept at qualitative skills such as usability and cross-department collaboration
• Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred:

Previous experience in / with any of the following areas are a plus:

• Familiarity with accounting concepts / data structures
• In a product or business analyst role
• SQL, Splunk or integrating with RESTful APIs
