Summary:

The Product Specialist works with Product Operations and Vendor Launch to build new and maintain existing vendor/product information and order-to-cash processes in the Pax8 marketplace and internal SharePoint site. The Product Specialist will get exposure to how the Vendor Launch team onboards new vendors, and how the Product Operations team supports internal departments on post-launch product requests. Our goal on the Product Management team is to provide useful and accurate vendor/product information and a seamless order-to-cash experience to our partners and internal departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support internal teams on inquiries related to vendors, products, and processes
• Participate in weekly working group sessions to identify product and process pain points and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on improvement initiatives
• Learn and understand product features, dependencies, and order-to-cash processes
• Coordinate and prioritize on-demand requests for product information, SKU adds, and ordering/provisioning issues
• Manage product creation in the Pax8 marketplace including updates and audits
• Maintain product email notification content including updates and audits
• Maintain Vendor Profiles SharePoint site including updates and audits

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with business or product operations and IT channel a plus
• Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customers
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• HTML knowledge a plus
