Product Operations Associate
SonderMind is seeking to hire self motivated, empathetic individuals to be a part of the Product Management team as a Product Operations Associate who can combine both critical thinking and time management skills to complete processes in support of fostering curated relationships between patients and mental health therapists.
This is an entry-level position in Product Management and this individual will work closely with Product Managers to innovate and ideate ways in which to optimize the process and provide a delightful patient and provider experience. As a Product Operations Associate, you will become a subject matter expert on our Product. You will resolve key issues impacting customers, communicate the roadmap and guide the processes to help our product team work more efficiently.
Applicants must be comfortable with fluctuations in demand for the services they provide while being accountable for time-based performance measures.

What you’ll do
- Identify opportunities to trim repetitive processes within our product
- Engage with users and provided scaled support to resolve their issues, identify user trends, and work with cross-functional partners to resolver issues using technology and automation
- Collaborate with Product Managers on developing new solutions to our product
- Scale product knowledge throughout the company, serving as as ambassador for the product organization and product processes
Success looks like
- Improving and executing systems that improve SonderMind’s product roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders
- Summarizing and reporting on trends and themes in support tickets, product feedback, etc
- Documenting processes and communicating them with the product team and stakeholders
- Solving issues as a result of product gaps between automated and manual processes
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably with a startup company
- Experience working in a call or customer service center environment
- Bachelor's Degree and/or certification in Product Management
Gotta Have:
- Ability to adapt quickly and pivot when needed
- Quick learner and able to function autonomously
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, and follow through on tasks
- Interest in product management
Other Details
- This role is located in Denver, CO and is a full-time, salaried, exempt position
- Compensation for this role starts at $50,000 annually. Title and pay are commensurate with experience.
