Summary:

The Product Operations Analyst will work with the Product Operations team to maintain vendor product information and order-to-cash processes in the Pax8 marketplace and internal SharePoint site. Our goal in Product Management is to provide our partners an array of quality solution bundles and a seamless end-to-end experience across all vendors.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support internal teams on inquiries related to vendors, products, and processes
• Manage external vendor communications
• Learn and understand product features and bundles
• Coordinate and prioritize on-demand requests for product and rate plan additions
• Manage product creation and conduct product audits (names, descriptions, and features)
• Manage rate plans and conduct pricing audits (add new rate plans, and update existing rate plans)
• Run weekly working group sessions with internal stakeholders to identify product and process changes, confirm changes with vendor, and assign tasks to update team artifacts accordingly
• Maintain product email notification content including updates and audits
• Maintain Vendor Profiles SharePoint site including updates and audits

Qualifications

• Previous experience with business or product operations and IT channel a plus
• Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customers
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• HTML knowledge a plus
