Director, Product Delivery

Role Overview:
The Director, Product Delivery is responsible for leading one of Kin + Carta West's delivery practices. This person will be responsible for leading both design, discovery, and development projects.
The Director, Product Delivery will be expert in creating viable solutions for clients. They also have a strong understanding of delivery software development projects.
Responsibilities:
The Director, Product Delivery responsibilities are as follows:
- Lead design, discovery, and development projects for a diverse array of clients and verticals. This will include both new and existing applications.
- Own overall revenue and margin, including forecasting for clients and projects as assigned. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and margin targets
- Work with peers to develop and maintain a delivery methodology, standardizing processes, roles, responsibilities, stage-gates, etc. to ensure consistent and stable solution delivery.
- Participate as a key member of the Delivery Team.
- Lead, interact, and manage Clients and internal teams to design and deliver software solutions.
- Report on and mitigate project risks to keep within scope and estimates as provided by and dictated in the Statement of Work (SOW)
- Staff, interview, and managing the delivery team, including but not limited to designers, developers, and product owners
- Grow Portfolio revenue
- Participate in discovery, scoping, and estimates

Notes:
Preference will be given to practitioner-candidates capable of fulfilling and executing on marketing, design, and/or development tasks in the context of an engagement.
Salary Info:
- The salary range for this position is $115-150K annually (DOE) plus benefits. Benefits for full-time roles include unlimited PTO, three healthcare plans, vision, dental, 401K and Roth IRA plans, weekly yoga, annual education stipend and more.
