A little about the role…
We are thrilled to announce that we are forming a new Payment Operations team. This Product Owner will be at the forefront of this team, working with Payment Sales and Operations to automate their business processes and provide visibility to critical data using Salesforce.com. This team is set to revolutionize our Payment Operations and driving the strategy and execution of this team.
They will bridge the gap between business and technology helping to ensure that features in Salesforce, Docusign, SalesLoft and other business systems match with the strategies, objectives and needs of business stakeholders. They will work with this team on large initiatives, write user stories, manage the backlog, and act as a liaison between the business and Salesforce development team.
Who You Are
You are someone that embraces day to day product development and planning for internal business systems such as Salesforce. You are an innovator and excited about driving strategic direction through the product lifecycle of discovery, delivering, and monitoring success for internal business systems – Salesforce (Primary platform), Docusign, NetSuite, SalesLoft, and Boomi (Secondary platforms). You will working closely with UX and engineering to deliver winning internal business systems automation. You know that the best way to be a successful product owner is to partner with our internal stakeholders (Sales, Implementations, Operations), collaborate across functional teams so that we can ensure our revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
What You Will Do
- Develop, communicate, and drive a clear vision for our payments operations teams that are aligned with company goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, translating business needs into actionable product features and user stories for Salesforce.com and other business system platforms
- Lead the Salesforce.com product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery to monitoring, working closely with UX and Engineering
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress
- Manage the backlog for the Salesforce.com development team and ensure quality delivery of features and bug fixes
- Identify potential risks and dependencies early in the development process, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions and ensure success
- Monitor the performance of Salesforce.com features to iteratively improve products and drive growth
- Facilitate Salesforce.com solution demonstrations (sprint and final demo’s) efficiently
- Support UAT sessions and manage feedback
- Support solution documentation for release notes
- Support the broader delivery team in the execution of change management
- Communicate dependencies between cross functional teams
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate will...
- 8+ years of progressive career in technology
- 5+ years' experience as a Product owner, or equivalent experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner for a SaaS product
- Experience with Salesforce is essential, experience in Sales and Service Cloud is a preference.
- Strong understanding of working with Sales and Operational teams to drive features in Salesforce.com to achieve business results
- Experience with integrating back office systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Problem solving skills - be able to break down high level requirements into actionable tasks
- Attention to business need and driving the user experience in Salesforce
- Positive, willing to solve complex problems
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize requirements
- Working both collaboratively as well as independently
- You are agile and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly
- Salesforce certification – Nice to have

Salary
$90,000-$125,000/year DOE
Location
We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. While our preference is a candidate located in Denver, CO, this role is open to remote candidates in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.
