Our client is the leader in free online continuing education for the accounting profession and is looking to add another dedicated and hard-working member to its team. The right person for this hands-on position is extremely adept using online technologies, especially Salesforce, and is eager to support clients and members.

The Data Management and Webinar Moderator will be responsible for the technical interface of software and database systems, as well as communication with instructors, learners, and staff members.

The ideal candidate for this role is naturally outgoing: a proactive communicator with a clear speaking voice.  With an eye for detail, this person is also adept at working with numbers and data. This person stays calms under pressure and is comfortable with multiple responsibilities.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

·       Schedule, set up, moderate, and troubleshoot client learning programs, including webinars, following a standardized process and within regulatory guidelines and best practices

·       Entering, transferring, and proofing data into project management, database, and learning management systems

 

Other Duties and Responsibilities

·       Provide member assistance including support ticket responses, data verification, deploying notifications, updating FAQs, and escalating cases

·       Marketing campaign support utilizing online platforms for email, social media, and other systems focused on growing fan and follower interactions

·       Additional assignments as required, including covering for co-workers

 

Additional Preferred Responsibilities

·       Contributing feedback for process improvements

 

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

·       A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent working experience in a professional setting

·       Interest working in a service-related company delivering software-based solutions through the Internet. Emphasis on education and online learning a bonus

·       Ability to work independently in a non-centralized environment through internet-based systems
