Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized administrative professional who is detail oriented and can follow directions. Learns quickly and keeps information confidential. Good verbal and written communication skills and can operate office equipment (printer and scanner). Pays close attention to providing high-quality products and solutions. 

Description:

  • Responsible for reviewing, scanning, saving, and profiling records.
  • Data entry to support document and information retrieval. 
  • Sorts or classifies information according to guidelines.
  • Provides administrative support to the Executive Team as needed. 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a proven ability to file, scan, and retrieve a steady volume of paperwork (manually or electronically).
  • Must be detail oriented and keep all information confidential. 
  • Must be able to work on a team and independently.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Dependable and demonstrates integrity.
  • Time management skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change.
  • Team player with positive attitude.
  • Demonstrates initiative. 

Position Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, move and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm with an hour lunch. 

Note: This temporary position pays $16.00/hour, is non-exempt, and the assignment is expected to last a few months.
