We are currently seeking a Strategic Sourcing Lead - IT & Software to join our procurement operations team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world's most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.

Performance Objectives
Develop strategic sourcing, procurement, and category management strategies for Enverus.
Implement category strategies and tactics enabling the procurement of products and services to benefit of the organization.
Lead negotiations on procurement agreements, including master agreements, statements-of-work, and service-level agreements -- balancing business needs, compliance requirements, legal interests, and costs.
Assist in building consistent metrics and KPIs to validate sourcing and procurement improvements, particularly cost savings, velocity, and compliance.
Analyze contracts and proposals for licensing, hardware, services, and other resources in support of various business functions.
Serve as an internal subject matter expert, assisting internal stakeholders on trends, benchmarking, and best practices.
Communicate across various business functions, keeping internal clients informed about the procurement process, supplier strategies, and purchasing policies.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships.
Recommend and implement improvements to standardize lifecycle contract management.
Ensure pricing and deliverables as negotiated are included contracts, measure and track savings between proposals and final terms.
Liaison between legal team, vendors, and the enterprise .
Competitive Candidate Profile
Demonstrated strong experience in category management and/or strategic sourcing and procurement of licensing, hardware, services, and other purchases.
Contract negotiation, vendor management, and influencing skills.
Experience in formulation of contracts, understanding cost models, price structures, and risk management of contractual, intellectual property, and labor law.
Project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Able to influence, train, present to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with sourcing and contracting tools useful (Coupa, SAP, Oracle).
Communicate well in English, both in verbal and written form.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Certified Purchasing Manager, CIPS, ISM Certifications such as CPSM are desirable.
