    Zoom is looking for a Sr. Analyst to join our Security Standards and Compliance team. In this role you will be responsible for driving compliance with various security standards and frameworks, achieving relevant security certifications and attestations, and working with business stakeholders to improve and automate security controls and compliance. You will influence and partner with stakeholders across the organization to continuously improve Zoom’s security control environment and provide assurance to customers.

     

    What you get to do everyday:

     

    • Work with stakeholders across multiple organizations to develop and document information security policies and standards

    • Continuously develop Zoom’s unified security control framework and ensure alignment with relevant information security frameworks

    • Advise business stakeholders and control owners on control improvements and best practices

    • Partner with the risk management team to ensure proper risk mitigation through effective security standards and controls

    • Build security control compliance continuous monitoring program, including automation of evidence generation

    • Lead the planning and execution of readiness assessments and external audits for security certifications and attestations, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, FedRAMP and other U.S. and global security frameworks and compliance requirements

     

    What you bring to the role:

     

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar degree

    • 6+ years of overall professional experience

    • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across multiple stakeholders

    • Ability to act with agility in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities

    • Influence and gain alignment from internal stakeholders on whom you depend, even if you have no direct control over those stakeholders

    • Deep understanding of a wide range of security and privacy assurance frameworks

    • Relevant professional certifications, such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP
