We're conveniently located in Downtown Denver offering easy access to the Cherry Creek Bike Path, RTD Light Rail, as well as all the great restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops the city has to offer! Oh, and we also like to have a lot of fun.
The Position
Our Homeowner Support team is hiring for part-time, seasonal support to assist owners with post-booking related issues. This includes filing and gathering documentation for damage and insurance claims, resolving general owner concerns and other administrative tasks, as needed.
To be successful in this role, you need to be a team-player that isn’t afraid of high-volume days. You’ll have the opportunity to provide owners with world-class support that will help them optimize their partnership with Evolve. The role itself is available for a three-month period as outlined below.*
*Please note that this role could develop into a permanent Part-Time or Full-Time role for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Availability from June - August or September 2018
- Ability to work 30 hours per week, including nights & weekends
- Ability to work holidays is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Respond to general customer inquiries via email and phone
- Filing damage/insurance claims for owners when incidents are reported post checkout
- Assist the team with resolving general customer concerns and ensuring escalated issues are routed to correct team members
