Position Description

At Conga you will be part of the Customer Experience Operations team, supporting our professional services team (customer) as a resource manager for our global customer engagements. We are looking for someone with strong operational, organizational, and communications skills who will not only help us manage the resourcing process, but also help us continue to raise the bar on customer success, and act as a key contributing member of an amazing team that loves to attack challenges together.

The Resource Manager is the most critical role in the services organization and is responsible for ensuring that we match our services team members with the right project to ensure customer success. This means collaborating with all services leaders to ensure customer requirements are met for upcoming and ongoing projects. It also means working with the VP of Services and Operations leader to plan out long-term skill and headcount requirements.

The role of the resource manager goes beyond just staffing and planning. We have a close-knit operations team that is responsible for evolving our operating process, systems, and business insights. This can be challenging work, which we are able to take head on as we work together and ensure we have each other’s backs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for overall allocation of resources, while maximizing delivery utilization by monitoring gaps in resource availability against open needs and driving towards set targets
  • Collaborate closely with the professional services leadership team to ensure staffing skills match with the needs of the project, and we properly plan for future staffing requirements
  • Interpret reports and analysis to tell the story of what is going on with the business in terms of risks and opportunities related to resourcing, hiring, and headcount planning
  • Leverage data from future resource requests and capacity planning tools to build 6 to 12-month hiring plans in collaboration with the VP of Professional Services
  • Work with Partners to identify and communicate subcontractor needs
  • Help the operations team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the underlying e2e business processes and insights that we use to support the professional services business

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in resource management or with a Professional Services Organization
  • Proficient with Professional Services Automation tools (PSA), Salesforce and MS Office Programs
  • Experience with Resource Modeling
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work with lack of direction and ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s Degree

The pay range for this position in Colorado is minimum $85,650.00 per year. However the base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. A full range of benefits including medical, dental, life insurance and financial will be offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act.
