Position Description

The Renewals team is an integral part of Conga's success partnering with customers and internal stakeholders such as Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Finance & Legal to ensure Conga customers are set up for continued success from their Asana investment. Your primary focus will be managing client renewals to maximize retention, identify expansion opportunities, and driving a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships
  • Actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in your territory/portfolio
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with legal) that align to customer goals
  • Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth
  • Develop playbook for renewal engagement maximizing revenue retention
  • Responsible for renewing +90% of customers each month
  • Responsible for meeting weekly goals and established metrics
  • Utilize the tools provided
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience, Skills and Competencies:

  • 5+ years of Sales / Customer Success / Account Management experience preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization
  • Must have experience managing customer accounts along with strategic sell skills
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
  • Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals
  • Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
  • History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to grow business in a strategic manner, i.e. creating new processes and initiatives
  • Excellent verbal, written, and math skills
  • Proven follow-up skills
  • Results oriented
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Team Player
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ, and CLM tools
  • Experience in the Salesforce.com ecosystem a plus
  • Articulate and professional
  • Ability to create valid business reasons to engage customers

The pay range for this position in Colorado is minimum $103,440.00 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
