As our Recruiting Ops Coordinator, you will support our Operations Team by ensuring our candidates and clients have an amazing experience working with Vangst. We are looking for an ambitious, smart, and self-motivated individual who will work to improve our existing processes and ensure we are creating efficient improvements to new workflows and technology solutions. 

What you'll do:  

  • Collaborating with the Customer Success Team, whilst receiving a directive from the Business Operations Team (BOT)

  • Searching for efficiencies in our current processes and implementing solutions towards best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences

  • Help define and implement Recruiting Operations Processes to increase efficiency and improve the candidate experience

  • Track execution against overall Recruiting Roadmap in partnership with BOT

  • Reporting Dashboards in Crelate to Captains, decipher to collaborate with CSS Team

  • Tracking effectiveness of our employer branding and sourcing efforts

  • Work as a team with other operations employees from previous shifts on any issues that need to be addressed

  • Screen resumes to evaluate a candidate’s qualifications based on the position requirements.

  • Data entry and analysis.

  • Assist with development of plans and process adjustments to make hiring more efficient.

  • Compile and summarize interview notes into candidate write-ups to share with hiring managers

  • Work in the operations side-by-side with the subject matter experts and then come back with solutions for process improvement. And be ready to process when required.

  • Leverage the work of the teammates and colleagues in Operations and Customer Success, while positioning your work so it can be leveraged by others.

  • Be able to communicate your work and the work of the team to our broad set of stakeholders.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:  

  • 1-3 years in recruitment coordination

  • You are a problem solver by nature; you are fearless and creative and stay organized in the chaos of rapid growth

  • You are dedicated to an exceptional client and customer experience

  • You possess a high degree of integrity – you will handle sensitive information such as compensation and personal information, and we expect you to maintain confidentiality

  • You thrive in uncertain, rapidly changing environments – no two days will be the same

  • Startup and/or experience in a hyper-growth organization a plus
