Overview of the position
Scaled Agile, Inc. is seeking an Assistant/Intern who will support the Certification team in maintaining the integrity of our program through development and maintenance of our exams. In this position you will gain experience with application of assessment practices and apply them to the entire exam development lifecycle. As an added bonus, you will be exposed to the world of Agile and the Scaled Agile Framework.
We expect this position to work 25-30 hours per week and while we expect reliability we can schedule work around your school schedule. This may be a great opportunity for a student or a professional who is returning to the workforce.
Your responsibilities will include some or all of the following:
- Participate in exam development-related activities, including item development, exam production and maintenance, scoring analysis, and results reporting for all English and translated exams
- Assist with exam-related workshops varying from administrative work to exam development-specific activities
- Support initiatives such as tooling, metrics, and test security
- Support exam translation work including working with SAI’s globalization team
Requirements
- Ability to:
- Work collaboratively with team members and internal and external subject matter experts
- Proven ability to learn new software tools quickly
- Set and meet timelines while employing the ability to pivot
- Uphold test security and confidentiality processes at all times
- Work independently
Strongly recommended but not required:
- A degree in Education, Psychology (assessment and evaluation), business, or a closely related area
- Knowledge of delivery platforms including item banking and exam delivery tools
- Strong attention to detail while reviewing large amounts of data
- Familiarity with Lean-Agile principles and practices
- Familiarity with work or project management tools such as Rally
Work Location
Scaled Agile’s HQ office is in Boulder, CO but this position may be remote within the United States.
Compensation
Scaled Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This position will be paid an hourly rate of $17-$19. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
