Respondology is looking for an Operations Coordinator to assist in the daily operations and management of our mobile remote workforce we’ve dubbed The Responder Program. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for auditing and correcting the actions and performance of our hundreds of remote moderators (Responders) to ensure we are providing the best moderation service to our clients. This can include sending warnings, providing additional training, and if necessary, restricting access of Responders in the program. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with our internal Operations and Account Management teams to ensure our client’s moderation requirements are met by the Responder program.

A day in the life

  • Monitoring Responder activity via internal tools and dashboards
  • Report on Responder activity via internal tools and dashboards
  • Communicating to Responders via Email & App Notifications
  • Taking corrective actions via internal tools to improve Responder performance
  • Creating, disseminating, and ensuring understanding of training material around what it means to be a Responder and our client’s moderation requirements
  • Collaborate with Account management to ensure our client’s needs are met
  • Represent and become our Responder’s internal stakeholder into the company

Here's what you need to get our attention

  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Advertising, Communication or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2 years’ experience in Operations, bonus points for experience with crowd sourcing and/or interacting with independent contractors on a large-scale  
  • Ability to work with remote teams and across times zones
