Hello, thank you for checking out our post. We are not hiring an employee we are searching for a person to work as our partner to support our ability to close deals and generate software sales income. You are the glue that holds us together.

This position will start ASAP. We currently have 9 clients and we will expand to 15 in the next 60 days as part of our planned growth.

A bit about you:

You first and foremost are doing your inner work. You have a similar lifestyle and our values align. Work experience includes operations, support, strong IT systems background and demonstrable experience in support of a sales force, person or process. We have a basic systems foundation and you will lead the next level of our building these up. You own a Macbook in good working order, as all of our systems are Mac.

Your Role:

We have clients that want us to sell lots of software development for them in the US. Your initial focus is to make us better at doing that. This is fulltime and working on site at my home office in Central Boulder. Our primary systems are Vonage, Zoho CRM & Projects, Airmail, Appointment Calendars, G-Suite and we are adding new systems. You will also support our lead conversion process.

Some tasks will be to send out emails, manage our appointments, enter data into CRMs, reply to some leads, a light amount of initial calls, creating reports for our clients and any other tasks for systems support, research and implementation. We work in multiple CRMS, like Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Highrise with our clients. Your core skills are systems, building, support and implementation. You will have minor amount of accounting and reporting.

Your career path is likely to be like a director of operations if we get back large.

Your Compensation:

You will likely be paid in the first 90 days on a contract as an independent contractor until we set up the business entity. Then you will move to a W-2. We can look at health benefits at that time as a company. You will be paid up to $3200/mo @ a rate of $20/hr. We will define other company benefits that you will eligible for as well which could include profit share, when you become an employee.

Our Company:

We sell custom web and mobile development to US customers for offshore and nearshore companies. Our clients whom we vet and select pay us commission on closed deals with a temporary guarantee. They produce the leads and we sell. Our clients need a US sales presence and sales force. We offer a fractional sales office model. Ideally we would have 15 to 20 clients spread over 3 regions.

As of now we are working with three companies in India and seven in Eastern Europe. We are expanding with four more partners by the end of July. We sell all major technology stacks, RoR, Python, Java, PHP, .NET and Mobile.

This role is to support our ability to spend as much time as we possibly can in lead generation, lead conversion and sales. Ultimately talking with customers in the US and Canada about their software projects, this is how we create value for our clients and generate revenue.

We have a substantial database of Indian companies and Eastern European companies and building in Central and South America. We have the deck, contract, experience, success stories, the credibility and the market knowledge.

Since we are a startup, here is the past performances, 2014 to 2016 was part time maybe 10-15 hrs a week

2014 $147,648 exclusively for Idyllic sold $700K

2015 $202,982 exclusively for Idyllic sold $1.1M

2016 $98,000 exclusively for Idyllic sold $1.2M wrote off over $100K in commissions they had financial troubles

2017 $75,000 had a different business model that we pivoted to current model

2018 Predicted revenues $250,000

2019 Predicted revenues $500,000

2020 Predicted revenues $1,0000,000
