Position Overview:

The Merchant Operations Specialist is responsible for helping scale the Merchant Success Team’s processes and improve engagement with our merchants. You will be an expert on all product features from a merchant facing perspective and will ensure that the Merchant Success team has the tools necessary to engage with our merchants. You will build processes and create documentation to scale the function as well as work with the Customer Success Managers to onboard new customers.

You must:

  • Create and improve documentation and health reporting for the Merchant Success Team
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Customer Success teams to successfully onboard and launch new merchants
  • Monitor and track the launch and ramping phase of new merchants to ensure comprehensive understanding and early success with the platform
  • Support the Manager of User Support and Merchant Operations in daily projects and tasks
