What will you do at this job?
- Work with financial data from many custodians, brokers and legacy accounting systems.
- Work with sales team to assist in pre-sales for key prospects.
- Support large investment advisor and wealth manager clients who have high expectations.
- Hire, fire and manage 2-4 person team which we expect to double in size in 2020.
- Analyze and solve problems like why transactions are not impacting balances correctly, why account data does not match, etc.
- Build relationships with our larger clients and assist executive team with relationship management.
- Track and communicate project timelines and updates to ensure relevant stakeholders are aligned throughout project delivery.
- Build process and procedure, evaluate new technology tools, prepare us to scale.
What qualifications will help me be successful at FinFolio?
- 3+ years directly managing a team of employee
- 3+ years' experience doing consulting and project management in a client-facing operations/implementation role
- Knowledge of financial services industry (bonus for trading and wealth advisory operations experience)
- Familiarity with project management and analysis tools such as Asana, Microsoft Project, etc
- Familiarity with project management tools such as TaskRay, Trello, etc
- Must be data-driven, detailed oriented and able to multi-task
- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, sound judgement, and emotional intelligence
