How you will make a difference:

Iterable is looking for a leader for our IT Team. Reporting to the Director of IT, you will lead our Engineering function as we scale globally. You will lead our Identity & Applications, Client Platform, Networking, Infrastructure, and Collaboration functions and guide the efficiency of our execution, delivery, and change management processes. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, requiring you to work across the organization to improve the way we operate.

You will promote the standardization of our operational processes, identify opportunities to make our teams more helpful, and implement new processes as we grow. You will help create our IT engineering roadmap, own execution, and improvement of our tools, and oversee the internal change management required to implement. You will work with IT leadership to establish important measurements and implement the reporting we need to track user adoption and affect.

You'll get to:

• Grow an excellent IT Engineering team that inspires technical execution through automation to provide a fantastic end-user experience
• Establish a culture of excellence, trust, and ownership within the Engineering team that aligns with Iterable's leadership principles
• Implement and operationalize controls necessary for security, SOX, and internal policies
• Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic IT Engineering technical projects and ongoing "keep the lights on" work
• Partner with IT leadership to establish and document our service delivery processes and standards
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement integrated processes that guide operational excellence
• Work with our Operations, Business Systems, Security, Compliance, and Workplace partners on programs including new office builds and operational efforts
• Oversee relationships with vendors, including service level agreements, licensing, and contracts
• Be an escalation point for issues concerning all core IT applications and systems to partners

We are looking for people who have:

• Experience in IT Engineering or Technical Operations with management experience
• Demonstrate an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Analytic and problem-solving skills and quality control
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and in emergency situations
• Advanced experience managing an IT Engineering team managing a modern stack of systems and applications such as Okta, Google Workspace, AWS, Jamf, Meraki, Github, and JIRA

We've rethought traditional workplace planning and are looking to strengthen belonging, innovation, productivity, and happiness whether it's in an office, from home, or a hybrid of the two. As such, we've moved to a single geographical compensation band for all of our employees (the San Francisco Bay Area market for the US, London for the UK).

For Colorado-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $127,000/year. The compensation package includes equity, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial and other benefits. Additionally, perks such as daily paid lunches and generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others, are included.
