We are looking for a helpful, patient and collaborative Jr. Support Analyst who will quickly respond to our customers' needs by providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities & Opportunities of the Role:

  • Walk customers through problem-solving process
  • Provide first level contact and communicate resolutions to customer issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved questions to the next level of support
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources or people
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Use excellent customer service skills to exceed customers’ expectations
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of issues
  • Recommended improvements as needed
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of our products

Minimum Qualifications to Apply:

  • Proven experience providing support for a SaaS product
  • Working knowledge of help desk software, such has GrooveHQ
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • College degree

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience working in customer support for a startup company
