The SVP & Chief of Product Marketing will be responsible for driving global scale and leadership of the product marketing function – technical, operational and strategic – for UCaaS product line of RingCentral portfolio, that covers Cloud PBX, Video Meetings and Team Messaging. Your performance will be measured by your ability to execute on growth-marketing strategies, and to work effectively with key stakeholders – including product management, engineering, sales, marketing, operations– to achieve measurable results. If you are passionate about storytelling, GTM strategy and marketing in order to fuel the acquisition, engagement and retention of customers, this role is for you. Dynamic and engaging public speaking abilities along with being the key spokesperson for the products to the market.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Owns all product messaging and positioning.
Lead company-wide product launches with the central marketing teams, field marketing, and sales
Identify and capitalize on competitive market insights to drive step change GTM performance
Drive seller enablement and marketing programs content related to new solutions in partnership with sales enablement teams
Define team's strategy, budget, hiring and objectives to build and measure team results.
Nurture and leverage relationships with key thought leaders, influencers and key strategic customers to help increase RingCentral's market awareness.
Lead innovative pricing and packaging solutions that will increase revenue and market share
Building and scaling high performance teams in high growth environment.
Provide strategic alignment across multiple organization within the organization.
12 - 15 years of marketing experience, preferably with 9 + years of progressive management experience, with an emphasis on leadership, and engaging global and local stakeholders.
Experience in Cloud PBX, VoIP, Unified Communications, Cloud Security beneficial
Experience working closely with B2B Sales teams on messaging, content, and playbooks
Highly cross-functional, detail-oriented, with the ability to partner with different teams across the company
Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferably located in Bay Area or Seattle, will consider other USA location.
Technical background preferred
