Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. As an executive assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and at times for the executive team. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for various activities.
Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Schedule meetings/appointments and manage travel itineraries.
Screen calls and take notes during during meetings.
Prepare reports and analysis.
Coordinate executive communication and company events.
Occasionally attend events and tradeshows to collect information.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents (G-Drive).
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
Develop and sustain a positive rapport among staff.

Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person).
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Apps skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Clear and effective writing skills.
